The EOS Collab Hub (https://eoscollab.com) is where sponsored creators track their Extreme Online Store sponsorship, upload raw footage and request parts. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your email address, from the sign-in code form or from Google when you choose "Continue with Google". With Google we only receive your email address, name and profile picture. We never get access to your Gmail, Drive or other Google data.
- Your EOS orders: we read your sponsored orders from our Shopify store to show the parts you received, shipping status and posting due dates.
- What you add in the hub: social media handles, the cars you drive, links to your posts, part requests and the video or photo files you upload.
- Public social media numbers: for the handles you add, we read public follower counts, profile pictures and likes, comments and views on the posts you link, through the official YouTube and Instagram APIs.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on the hub.
How we use it
- To run your sponsorship: confirm you're a sponsor, show your orders, receive your footage and handle part requests.
- To email you sign-in codes and, when you request parts, a Shopify invoice.
- To see how sponsored content performs, so we can plan future sponsorships.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone outside Extreme Online Store, except the services below.
Where it's stored
- Hub data is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
- Uploaded footage is stored in Extreme Online Store's Google Drive.
- Orders and invoices stay in our Shopify store.
Footage you send may be used in EOS marketing as described in the sponsor terms.
Removing your data
Email info@extremeonlinestore.com from the address you use on the hub and we'll delete your hub account, handles and stats. Orders stay in Shopify as required for our records. You can also remove the hub's access from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
